Abstract

|
|
Leiomyosarcoma of the uterus is far less common, high malignant tumor of the mesoder mal origin. The diagnosis of this tumor is very difficult pre-operatively because the symptoms and physical findings are attributed to the myomata.
A case of leiomyosarcoma found post-operatively is presented with a brief review of literature available.
